Meal-planning is a useful tool in helping to address cravings, overeating, and eating less-than-nutritious foods. Meal-planning takes the guesswork out of “what’s for dinner tonight?” and saves you some of that hard-earned cash. It’s much less stressful to plan out your meals for the week when you’ve already got a road map to follow.
How it Works
We’ll set up a 15-30 minute consultation to discuss your health concerns and goals. We will discuss any potential barriers getting in the way of dietary changes and make a plan for addressing them. I’ll ask you for your food preferences and create a one-week plan customized to fit your needs, taste preferences, and lifestyle. The plan will include recipes for 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, and 5 dinners, plus snack and dessert ideas as well as a shopping list.
This service may be for you if you already have a good idea of your goals and needs but just need an extra push. You may just need a brainstorming session followed by a concrete plan of action. This is a great way to try some new recipes specific to your needs and taste preferences.

If you already know what and how to eat but just want some new recipe ideas, I build custom meal plans catered to your taste preferences, time constraints, and budget.
