Healing Women Naturally
Through Good Food
& Hot Tea
Hi, I’m Katie Dwaileebe, founder of Wellness to a Tea and lover of vibrant foods and herbal teas! I believe food should be our medicine. However, if we are not digesting properly, our hormones are out of whack, or we are chronically stressed, our bodies may not reap the benefits of a nutritious diet, causing us to feel icky and tired when we should be feeling healthy and energized.
Years ago, my health coach helped me take control of my health, and now I want to help you understand the inner workings of your body and give you tools to achieve optimal health. Together, we will design a plan tailored to your lifestyle and goals to improve your vitality, digestion, sleep, and more–all while using healing foods, herbal teas, and gentle lifestyle shifts.
"Having suffered from osteoarthritis for several years, I decided to attend Katie Dwaileebe's Therapeutic Arthritis Workshop. I learned how nutrition and lifestyle can help manage the inflammation. Katie informed us about the foods we should avoid and those we should add to our diet. She also provided us with several recipes and other suggestions for better arthritis nutrition. After following Katie's suggestions, the discomfort that I have felt from arthritis these past years has lessened considerably and I no longer need to rely on Aleve to manage my pain. Thank you, Katie!"

"Katie is a great resource for those who are motivated to feel free from bodily ailments, feeling lively and refreshed in their own bodies. She is passionate, a sharp listener, and will customize to your individual needs. I found that she has a wide range of tools as she draws from a variety of sources, and always from sound references. It always felt like our sessions were a natural conversation, and she supported me through distancing myself from detrimental habits I had developed for many, many years. Such challenges included sleeping, digestion, and mood— as I had been (prior to Katie) relying on prescription medication. Thank you Katie, from my whole expanding being!"

"I attended a women's retreat last week-end that Katie did all the meal planning for. I was amazed at the variety and flavors of the menu. Each meal was better than the last and all were completely healthy. I left feeling well nourished, energized, and motivated to take her recipes and add them into my diet. I would highly recommend Katie for meal planning and for her nutrition expertise."
"As a Life Coach I've worked alongside Katie on several projects and can say with the utmost confidence that Katie knows her stuff! Her knowledge and passion for helping others is evident in the way she educates and empowers women on the importance of good nutrition. Katie is compassionate, understanding, supportive and nurturing and she has firm grasp on the complex dynamics at play that plague so many women when it comes to making important nutritional changes. If you want to learn from someone with integrity who can truly understand your struggles and walk you into a place of freedom from the food shackles that bind you...Katie is your girl! Oh...and she makes a mean cup o'tea too! GET some if you can!"
