Meal-planning is a useful tool to combat cravings and overeating. Meal-planning takes the guesswork out of “what’s for dinner tonight?” and also saves you money. I also save you time by giving you a road map to follow.

We’ll set up a 15-30 minute consultation to discuss your health concerns and goals. We will discuss any potential barriers getting in the way of dietary changes and make a plan for addressing them. I’ll ask you for your food preferences and create a one-week plan customized to fit your needs, taste preferences, and lifestyle. The plan will include recipes for 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, and 5 dinners, plus snack and dessert ideas as well as a shopping list.

This service may be for you if you already have a good idea of your goals and needs but just need an extra push. You may just need a brainstorming session followed by a concrete plan of action. This is a great way to try some new recipes specific to your needs and taste preferences.
